Henrietta Devoe is a licensed residential real estate agent, entrepreneur, and community advocate with deep roots in South Auckland. Born in Samoa and a long-time resident of the Ōtāhuhu electorate, Henrietta understands the challenges facing local families, from the rising cost of living to housing affordability and barriers to home ownership. She has also served in governance roles, including on a local school board of trustees and the Hillary House Leadership Centre.

Currently, Henrietta is co-founding a technology platform designed to simplify the home-buying process and make home ownership more accessible for New Zealanders.
