Rob Douglas is a registered valuer with more than 25 years' experience across the commercial, industrial, residential, and lifestyle property sectors.

Based in Hawke's Bay, Rob is the owner and manager of Added Valuation Limited and brings extensive experience in property valuation and management, including time working in London. He was ACT's candidate for Tukituki in the 2023 General Election.

Through his work, Rob has seen firsthand the impact that housing unaffordability and planning restrictions have on New Zealand families and communities. Standing in Tukituki, he is passionate about improving housing affordability, encouraging enterprise, and reducing unnecessary barriers so that people and communities can get ahead.
