Yang Qu is an electrical engineering and construction professional who currently serves as Director of ZNB Construction. Born in China, Yang moved to New Zealand at the age of six before moving to North America for high school and university. Yang brings a multicultural perspective and practical business experience to ACT’s vision for the country.

He is passionate about building a more prosperous and efficient New Zealand, with a strong focus attracting the investment, skills and talent the country needs.
