Zac Wellman is a qualified electrician with seven years' experience working across the domestic electrical sector. Raised in Ashburton and educated at Ashburton College, Zac spent most of his adult life in Christchurch before moving to Banks Peninsula in 2025. He currently works as a domestic electrician, helping homeowners solve problems, navigate regulations, and deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.

A committed ACT supporter and member, Zac has spent the past year volunteering for the party, running events and engaging with voters across the community. He believes in personal responsibility, rewarding hard work, and creating opportunities for New Zealanders to get ahead.
